A brief setup
I am a 45-year-young wife, mom, chef and writer. Born in southwest Tennessee, I have been lucky to travel to many U.S. cities as well as many places worldwide.
At 40, I took a leap of faith with my family. We moved to Arizona and I attended the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Since then we've returned to the Memphis, Tennessee, area and settled back down a bit.
Today I write and personal chef - all from my home office/kitchen. My husband is experiencing some bad health right now, so he's not working at the moment. We have a sixteen-year-old son who is homeschooled. Our pet menagerie includes a pet rat, two ball pythons, and a pit bull mix.
All of this said, I have lived and experienced many, many places, people, health issues, marital issues and parenting concerns throughout my life. I currently write weekly recipes at Bellaonline. http://sandwiches.bellaonline.com
My readers at Bellaonline have asked that I also use this forum to begin to unfold the story of my life and travels.
